Christmas Time


                                               


Let the sun shine on this day
and give us light of joy

For Christmas is here
For every girl and boy

With family close and dreams to leap
Our heads are full we can hardly sleep

Ring the bells and sing out loud
Christmas is here
Christmas is here 
 
Bring good spirits and toast to the crowd
Bring good cheer
Bring good cheer

For god has blessed us on this day
We shall give thanks and kneel and pray

Our hearts are full of laughter on high
For the day draws near we let out a sigh

Let’s close our eyes and melt with glee
Surrounded by family around the Christmas tree
