This journey we’re all on
to a new normal can be good. It’s test to open the world to what it has been
missing. Downtime to spend with loved ones. Living in the moment so when a little
one looks up to you for an ear—you’re there. This time apart from the outside
world helps us open our eyes to what’s been right in front of us the whole
time.
It also helps us see that
love has no distance. Just because everything stops doesn’t mean we stop. We
go. We soar to new heights that make us better than before. We grow. Not in
fear but in that undeniable strength that we always had within.
Finding that your job is
not your ultimate purpose. Uncovering a truth that you’ve always felt but now
know is real. This time in our life is unveiling the evil in some. Revealing
the utmost American secret that money is the guide. Not life.
So, go ahead and test my
values. I’m hardheaded and very strong but also human. I will walk with the
light and not fade into the majority. Because in my eyes people will always be
more important than the dollar. Paper is replaceable people are not.
